Banana Dessert

Here is a quick and easy solution for ripe bananas and about to expire plain yogurt. My kids loved this.

Ingredients:
Bananas
Plain Yogurt
Brown Sugar

Direction:
Slice bananas into small custard dishes. Spoon Yogurt over the bananas. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the plain yogurt and let it set until melted. Make a swirl pattern with a spoon. Place more bananas on top and serve.

Brilliant! It seems like we always have ripe bananas and ready to expire yogurt (is there any other kind?!)

You make 3 ingredients look so sophisticated.

My husband would love this, he'll eat anything that involves bananas. Looks like a pretty healthy one too!

Nice way to use up the goods - and I bet this wouldn't be too bad with a big glob of whip cream either! And I don't blame you for not wanting to run in hail. Something about getting relentlessly pelted doesn't sound too appealing!
