Sour Cream Mini- Chip Cookies

I've been wanting to share these for sometime but was not able to because our computer crashed and took all my pictures with it. Last month I was able to get all my files off and now I can share.

Sour Cream Mini Chip Cookies
Recipe
Adapted from "A Baker's Field Guide To Chocolate Cookies"

Ingredients:
  • 2 C All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 C Sour Cream
  • 2/3 C Mini Semisweet Chocolate Morsels
Directions:
Combine all ingredients drop onto lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 until they begin to turn light golden brown.

How delectable is that? I am bookmarking this to make for my daughter who has a thing for "chip wich" ice cream sandwiches which don't sing to me. This is much, much better.

Sorry about your computer and camera problems, etc. My computer crashed last week too and I lost a bunch of files. Oh well, soldier on. The cookies would certainly help.

Although I had sour cream cake, I've never tried cookies with sour cream. Bet they were delicious!

Adding sour cream to cookies is such a clever idea! I've tried apple sauce, now I'll have to taste this. Delicious.
