Sour Cream Mini- Chip Cookies

I've been wanting to share these for sometime but was not able to because our computer crashed and took all my pictures with it. Last month I was able to get all my files off and now I can share.

Sour Cream Mini Chip Cookies

  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 C Sour Cream

Combine all ingredients drop onto lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 until they begin to turn light golden brown.

How delectable is that? I am bookmarking this to make for my daughter who has a thing for "chip wich" ice cream sandwiches which don't sing to me. This is much, much better.

Sorry about your computer and camera problems, etc. My computer crashed last week too and I lost a bunch of files. Oh well, soldier on. The cookies would certainly help.

These cookies sound fantastic, I love them.. Sour cream must keep them moist and fresh!

Although I had sour cream cake, I've never tried cookies with sour cream. Bet they were delicious!

Adding sour cream to cookies is such a clever idea! I've tried apple sauce, now I'll have to taste this. Delicious.
